While at Sapient, I was asked to research content and UX on commercial banking sites for Union Bank. After studying Pew and Forrester reports, I assessed five competitors to create a competitive analysis and strategy recommendations. My work informed the bank's decision to work with Sapient to reinvent its web presence. I later contributed onboarding copy for the company's desktop online banking.
