For this massive 2019 project, I interviewed 15 thought leaders and inventors from the private and public sectors on a range of topics including 3-D printing, reforestation, water quality, food waste, corporate responsibility … and stage fright. The content had to capture the essence of this Wired pitch competition in a few words, then tell stories to encourage and onboard competitors. As sole writer, I had to deliver site copy, a resource guide (print and digital), postcard copy, and dozens of posts for three Wired channels. (I also got to interview the winners.)
