While working at Sapient, V. helped Kodak create a site that would serve tens of thousands of users. She created a 1,000-line inventory matrix from the old site and did stakeholder interviews to write recommendations about UX, visual design, and content. She also advised on workflow and governance around content management, as well as contributing to maps and concept diagrams. And it was well received: Years later, the then UX director on the Kodak side asked V. to help him with content strategy at his new company. ↓
Collaborating with Julia DeBari, then a UX lead, V. helped with the persona creation process and sitemap redesigns.
