For this startup, V. conducted discovery interviews and researched UX around shopping for health insurance, then proposed a new strategy for consumer- and client-facing sites, including voice and tone. She also created a competitive assessment and brand strategy. Her findings informed a new health care shopping experience and tools for users seeking medical help. ↓
